Scholarship information

The Brad Honious Memorial Scholarship Fund, is a one-time only scholarship awarded to a transfer student from GateWay Community College to Arizona State University. The scholarship is valued at $1,500 and will be awarded to one student for the Spring 2019 ($750) and Fall 2019 ($750) semesters. As an Alum of ASU and former employee at both GateWay and ASU, in the financial aid offices, Brad had a great love for both places, as well as a love for higher education. Brad was a passionate advocate for access to higher education for under-served populations.

Additional criteria:

Recipient must be a transfer student from GateWay Community College. A minimum of 12 transfer credits are required to be considered.

This scholarship requires eligible applicants to demonstrate financial need. In order to determine your eligibility, you must have submitted a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the 2018-19 academic year to ASU by the scholarship deadline.
